Exercise Meditation

Meditation is a practice that can be used to help reduce stress, anxiety, help boast calmness and relaxation. Also it helps with relaxing your body and releasing day to day thoughts in your mind.


Spiritual Meditation is an exercise that takes you to a much deeper part of you. Meaning the real you. Spending some quite long time with God, and truly letting go of what is bottled up in your spirit that only you and God can release.


Some Meditation Tips:

Find a quiet space with your bible

Position your body and mind to be open and ready to receive

Begin with deep breathing and relax your body & mind

Acknowledge your thoughts

Read a scripture in the bible more than twice

Reflect on your thoughts, yourself and recognizing His presence

End with a prayer

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” – Joshua 1:8 (NKJV)
