Fill My Cup First

Are you tired, frustrated, fatigue, run down and worn out all the time? If so that is a sign of a depleted cup. Lets learn together how to keep our cup filled first. As a caregiver we have to remember to take care of ourselves, because we cannot pour from an empty cup. We need to think of our cup as our supply of energy, so it can keep us recharged.


I learn through my reading and studying that making myself first priority is not selfish, but self-full. It means to be as good as possible to you, take care of you, keep yourself whole, healthy and to keep your cup full."


What do we pour into our cup to keep us energies, so it can overflow in order for us to help others.


In order to fill your cup first and keep it full , we need an action plan:

Step 1: Figure out what relax you

Step 2: Set Priorities

Step 3: Plan time alone

Step 4: Enforce your plans
