I Asked God

I asked God, Why are you taking me through troubled water?

He replied, Because your enemies can't swim

I asked God, Why do you continue to bless me?

He replied, so you can be a blessing to others

I asked God, to help me grow, God sent rain

I asked God, show me my enemies, I started losing friends

I asked God for strength, God sent trials and tribulations to make me stronger

I asked God for more minutes, God gave me a whole day

I asked God for a day of rest, God gave me a whole week

I asked God for a part time job, God gave me a full time job
